I listen to old radio shows that I download from archive.org. Jack Benny and Burns & Allen FTW.

I think of mindless useless information. I used to try to remember all the names of the Duggar kids

Laying on my side while on my laptop. It makes my eyes, and then me really drowsy ... I'm usually out in 20 minutes tops.
Or if it's really bad, I pop a Gravol, but it takes a long time to get out of my system so if I take it late at night and get less than 9 hours of sleep, I'll feel groggy the next day. |

I just lay in my sleeping position and think of stories...it's weird, but it works.

I turn absolutely everything off, lie down how I would sleep, and think about my boyfriend cuddling me when I have felt the safest. Or a really nice
conversation I had. It makes me relaxed and half way through my thoughts I just drift off. Anything that makes me anxieties disappear.

I talk on the phone with a sleeping mask until I feel tired enough to sleep. And if I'm not on the phone, I mostly play Texas Hold Em on my phone or watch
a movie.

I don't have a TV in my room
I don't eat or do work or anything on my bed, it's for sleeping only I keep a ceiling fan on so my room is 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house I usually read something before I actually fall asleep No caffeine before bed for like 3 hours I have really nice linens and make my bed everyday so I have something comfy to get into I used to be a "troubled sleeper" so I fixed it and it worked. |
