Hmm, I think they are illegal.
And I remember being able to buy fireworks from the corner stores in New York City. Does anyone remember the boxes of snappers? They were tiny and wrapped in wax paper and you'd throw them on the floor and they'd make a little snapping sound? God, I used to love those!

Yes in Oregon it is- just not on BLM or Forest Land due to the dry land and forest fire risk. But the Oregon Department of Forestry is suggesting to people
just go to the big ones and not do them at home for wildfire risk

I have no idea actually...
I think they used to be legal in certain cities (we would always go to family friends houses because they were legal, at least I think, in their city), but I wouldn't be surprised if they are illegal everywhere now. |

There are only 16 cities in all of LA that allow fireworks.

Over here there are certain days (like NYE) when you can buy and shoot them and those days have time limits (can't start or go past certain times)

I wish they were illegal in Sac too. I hate fireworks.

No. You can buy them if you have a permit tho.
