What I don't understand is why didn't Sharon just say, "Nick, you're the father. But take care of Summer and be there for Phyllis and I'll
be here waiting when she's better and we're ready to start our family."

Jack's baby, not Nick's because he lied. I wonder if someday we'll see Nick with Summer and Jack with Faith and they'll just meet in a field
somewhere and switch kids!
Last night's show was AWESOME!! The look on Jill's face when Cane admitted he wasn't her son was so sad. And the shock on Nina's face when Phillip walks into the backyard and tells everyone it was HIS idea! |

I think its so cool that Phillip is back. I met him when I was 13? 14? He had come to my down for a tour, it was so neat! I had no idea all this about him

Wow, he sure didn't have a very happy life. I'd forgotten that he was gay. I wonder if they are going to write that into the show and have him say he
left because he couldn't stand being married realizing he was a gay man. However, I guess we are all supposed to forget how crazy he was for Cricket. He
still looks cute but he's definitely aged since we last saw him.

But it's at least a semi=believable way to bring Phillip back, as long as we overlook the fact that he was madly in love with Cricket in those days. But
saying that he realized he was gay and couldn't stand faking it anylonger which is why he staged his death is a tiny bit believable. And Rafe is going to
thrilled to have a new friend! He's probably also going to justify leaving his son by saying that he also left the well off financially.

i heard the actor who played phillip only wanted to come back so long as his character turned out to be gay. maybe they had to work around that and forgo some
of the show's original history.
has anyone confirmed whether or not cricket will be back? i remember seeing her as a victim on csi miami whose murder they were investigating! |

That was already mentioned about him wantin to play gay, Jana. Read post #151. I hope Cricket doesn't come back though to be honest. She had really moved
on past him years ago anyway. He has a family to answer to right now and she doesn't need to be sticking her nose in it.
But I wonder what this is going to mean with the baby switch storyline. It appears then that Kay never switched babies because they already matched the blood with Jill's! |
