Just curious, what's the best way to go about getting into this field? Also, do you like what you do?

Why? Please explain. I love the field I'm in now, I'm just can never sit still. I'm always wanting to try different things. I've always been
curious about PR so just wanted some info.

The Atl world of PR is so cuuuutthroat. If you don't know someone who knows someone you might as well pack it up.
Yes, I do PR. |

Some days I love it...some days I don't. Depends on what kind of PR you like, it's really not all it's cracked up to be though. I think most people
have no idea what is really involved in the profession.
I hate hate hate event planning and I am not a big fan of media relations or product placement type stuff. I prefer government/stakeholder relations. To answer your question, i think it's beneficial to go to school. I did a post-grad program and it helped out a lot |
