what the HELL happened with Virtuality? They made it sound like it was a movie and then at the end you're like... okay what the fuck?!

Virtuality was filmed as a tv movie that would serve as a kind of pilot for a tv series. If it has a lot of success, it will be given the green light to be a
tv series.
A bit like Battlestar Galactica, it started as a tv movie and when SciFi saw it got a great response they ordered more episodes in a series format. |

hope it does well!
OP you might want to change the title to "Virtuality" or whatever, so people know what you're talking about, maybe more people watched it. |

So I just recently found out that it was just a pilot but Fox didn't pick it up, which sucks ass because now I want to know what happened/happens!

It's a shame it isn't getting picked up. I think it would have been really good. Maybe sci fi or something will pick it up.

Doubtful that it will get picked up. I wish they allowed it to have an ending, but i think it was safe to say that they were in a holodeck of sorts.
