I had a total "Target Lady" moment checking out yesterday |

Was at Target, buying a gift for my sister's birthday. I found the DVD release of the filmed stage production of RENT and figured that would be perfect.
I get to the check out and the girl, flips it over a few times and says "Is this the REAL RENT?" I explained to her what it was. She then said
"OMG I am totally going to have to get this for myself!!!" I half expected her to bolt from the register and pick it up right then and there

LOL. That's great.
I have a friend that creates her own Target lady moments when we go out. If she pays for something by credit card now, she'll swipe it through and do the whole "APPROVED!" thing (Target Lady voice and all). It's sort of embarrassing and awesome all wrapped into one. |
