I'll be moving to Washington within the next several months for a job, and I've been entertaining myself by looking at condos and houses for sale. I found a few that I really wouldn't mind having. Like this place. Or this house barge. I think living on the water would be REALLY interesting. And the place is CUTE!

There are STUDIOS with less than 500 square feet going for over $200k. Here in Kentucky or Tennessee, that could buy me a pretty nice house on some land.
