I'm watching it on my DVR now, so I'm quite late and this thread is really long to try and read all of it. lol. I thought Jamie in the beginning was
pretty funny. Not a bad attempt at the Moonwalk. Never be as smooth as Michael's.
Loved seeing Queen Latifah and it was cool to see Guy and Bel Biv DeVoe. Flashback!! New Edition was painful to listen to. But, they didn't have time to work it out. And I agree that this show is a mess. It's kind of a clusterfuck. Imagine what they could've done if they'd had substantial TIME to put a tribute together. |

So Tom Joyner show is reporting that B pulled a diva move . She was supposed to open the show and do a live dance number. But she refused and threatened to not
perform at all. So we got that whack performance with ave maria.

I don't care much beyonce either, but I would think in order for her to actually do a good performance, she would need more than two days to practice
Michaels moves. With her on tour that was probably impossible.
Let me see YOU perfect Michaels moves enough to want to perform as tribute to him in two days, while performing concerts at night. LOL I think for how quickly the show was put together, it was nice. I'm hoping the VMA's do a better tribute since they have three months to prepare for it. The main question I want to know about the show isn't even about Michael. It's about Soulja Boy. WTF was he standing still, with a nasty look on his face, and his arms crossed like a bitch when the O'Jays were playing? Grow up and respect your elders punk! |

this whole post was hilarious! but i don't blame beyonce either. in fact, i'd be pissed that i was involved in that show at all!
