I'm switching to it from Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo. I just started taking it tonight...but I've been reading online about a lot of people having depression
issues and other side effects from it. Just wondering if anyone here is on it and what you think of it.

Really? Depression is a side effect? I am on it and I have been SUPER depressed lately...but that could also be because I stopped my Zoloft

Thats what I read on a LOT of sites! I'm usually a happy person except for when I am PMSing..but otherwise I'm usually in a good mood! I also read
about weight gain..but everyones different. I gained weight when I was on OTC lo (boobs went from a 36c to a 36dd). I'm hoping I have a reverse side effect
with this lol

I didn't gain weight, I lost some but my boobs are huge.
I don't know if the pill did that or the weight gain before.

I just finished my first month of it after switching from Yaz. I haven't noticed any side effects yet...but I AM a bit depressed! I do have a lot going on
in my life right now that could be causing it, but now that you say it could be a side effect it could be from it.

I haven't quite experience depression (although I have been slightly unhappy but I don't know how much of that has to do with the pills). It has made
me gain weight though. And after the diets and excercise I'm having difficulty losing so I have a feeling it's the pills.

I was on Yasmin years ago when it first came out and I got SEVERELY depressed. My parents took me right off of it.

My dr. said to try it and if it isnt going well to call her. I loved OTC lo but it made me spot between periods and I would get freaked out over it thinking I
was preggers.
