I saw something on the news about hotels a few years back....They tested the rooms with black lights and they found semen EVERYWHERE. On the bed, on the floor,
on the walls, IN THE BIBLE. They even found piss on the walls of, i think, multiple hotels.

So when you stay at a hotel, then what should you do?
When I went to DR the first time, I definitely think that there were some sort of bugs in the beds because I had these little red bites all over my leg and foot. It was so gross |

In DR? Like we were lucky that we didn't end up bringing anything home. I told our maid to change the sheets like the third night there and after that I
didn't end up getting any more bites.

I've rarely stayed in hotels but my mom always told/made me remove the comforter for that reason. When I was with a friend once she thought it was weird I
removed the covers.

I find it hard to believe that a nice (4/5 star) hotel has funky comforters and jizz everywhere. I have clients who are housekeepers in the nicer hotels in
Vegas and they make $16+ an hour. I would assume it's because they put more emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation so their preferred guests don't get
sick.
I mean, the president stayed in the high roller sheet at Caesar's Palace, you mean to tell me they had him sleeping on filthy blankets and using a remote that had someone else's taint on it? |

Honestly, I do think about shit like that, but what are you going to do about it? Never sleep anywhere but your own bed? And what is someone's semen going
to do to you?

I have worked in Housekeeping of a 4 star hotel for six months but have never encountered any semen in the rooms.

Most hotels, even the high end ones were tested on these shows. They all had something nasty.

I ALWAYS remove the comforter in hotel rooms. However, in newer nicer hotels, they no longer use those gross quilted comforters so I guess it's a little
better than before. But yeah I was once watching something on 20/20 or Dateline, one of those shows, where they used that ultraviolet light in a hotel room and
ughhh! The remote control was the worst!!! I make sure to always clean and sanitize the remote before I start to use it for the TV. Hotel rooms when you truly
think about it are nasty no matter where you stay because if you think about ALLLL the people in there before you. However, you can't live life that so I
just try my best not to think about it
Of course your own bed is always the best.
I actually know someone who is so crazed about hotel rooms, he brings a sleeping bag with him on trips and puts it on top of the bed to sleep in. |

Headboards probably look like a Jackson Pollack painting under black light.
