I am just one of so very many people saddened by this terrible loss. Not only was he a musical & artistic genius who inspired so many people spanning endless generations, he was a son, a brother, an uncle, a father. A man with an innocent soul and a heart much bigger than the world he lived in. I wish I could find the right words to comprise a profound and beautiful phrase worthy enough for someone who actually *could* find those words. And then he would put them to music.
The children you loved so dear, young and old, will never forget you or that special something that touched all of our hearts and opened our minds. I hope we all pick up where you left off and finally make this world a better place. Not only were you the King of Pop, but you were also the King of Hearts.
Rest in Heavenly Peace, Michael Joseph Jackson. May you now live in the healed, peaceful world you so longed for. You will be sorely missed.
