hangnails come up like crazy! Any suggestions on what I can put on my hands to stop this?

I rub olive oil on my cuticles at night, that helps a lot. I used to do it to my entire hands when I worked at Starbucks and washed my hands constantly.

their is the lotion called utter creme, its in a white tub or tube that has black markings on it to look like a cow. It was originial used for cow's utters
but its wonders on your cuticles i love it!
