I need to stay away from dairy also...it causes mucus and not helping my sinus infection. I'm doing all this because of a chronic sinus infection.

There are gluten-free cereals. Check the natural/organic section of the grocery store.

There are great GF cereals and soy or rice milk. For lunch, I usually have a salad and gluten free breadsticks. Since I'm veggie I don't have many
options, but you do if you eat meat. Whole Foods will be your friend.

I went out after reading this thread earlier, and noticed a new little shop around the corner called "Gluten-free Store". I didn't realize there
was enough demand to support a whole store. It must be really nice for local gluten-intolerants.
