I think this would only be a possibility if Debbie Rowe take the oldest 2 back because she has no right to the youngest boy.

I wondered about this yesterday. Honestly, his children were my first thought after I heard the news. Like I've been saying, I hope Rowe doesn't get
them, but a guy on the news said that in CA, the remaining biological parent has first "dibs" on the children after the custodial parent passes. But
he also said it would be "pathetic" to split up these children just because they don't all have the same mother.

I'm sure it'll work out for the best. I really doubt all three children will be separated. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but in this case,
I don't think that will occur.

i thought they were with their grandmother? that might be the best option.
and typically, child welfare services does not split up sibling groups, so chances are the 3 of them will remain together. |

She hasn't said at all that she wants them. That is just what the procedure is for the state of CA. They go to the other living biological parent before
they go to another family member.

The birth Mother has NO rights to the children, she signed over rights forever ago. So she's not even on the top of the list for places for them to live.

Ahhh ok, she lost them and then got them back. Hmm.
I don't think they should split the three kids up. That's one of the many mistakes I think Social Services makes often in these instances. |

I don't think it's in the best interest that they go to the grandparents. Joe Jackson f*d up his kids. He is a horrible role model. They would be
better off with the nanny.

I saw the female lawyer, can't remember her name, that use to be one of Michaels lawyer during his trial. She was on Nancy Grace alot back then. Anyways,
she said she can assure everyone Michael had a will and had all his T's crossed. She said he also was very specific about who he wanted to have custody of
his children should anything happen to him.

People need to leave this woman alone. She hasn't done a thing wrong...you really want the kids with Michael's parents, you know the same man that
treated him like shit and beat him...come on. I will eat crow if I need to but, right now she hasnt done a thing to hurt ANY of the kids.
