Glo, if you are interested in trying drugs (again, not sure if someone already mentioned this) but we use amitripyline for inappropriate urination in cats.
Something you could possibly try.

What's amitripyline do exactly? Is it for UTIs? I guess I'm just trying to figure out what it does to them.

It's an anti-depressant, basically. So nothing to do with UTI's. Just for modifying behaviour- decreases anxiety.
