Pigmented was the word I was looking for! Lots of pigment = potent to my mind, apparently. 
So I just placed my order for the 88 Piece Makeup Palette

Funny thing, when I read "potent" I thought immediately of pigment and how strong it was.
Then I read further and thought what???? |

I like the "warm" one (below). Although I don't wear makeup often, I can see myself using all the colours.
The shimmer one is pretty too. The colours are pretty, but I'm not sure they'd look nice on me.

The colors are really pigmented and they stay on well, especially with a primer. I've used every single color on my 88-color palette, and I LOVE it. I get
the most compliments on a look that involves the yellows and oranges, and another one that uses the blues and purples combined with white.
