My On Demand never works. Neither does my internet. I hate Comcast and their crappy customer service.

When mine acts up I usually reset the box by unplugging it from the wall for about 30 seconds. Mine was acting up last week. It takes a few minutes for all of
your information (guide, etc.) to come back, but sometimes this works for me.

I had problems with my OnDemand not working and they replaced my cable box. I haven't had a problem since.

I've been having problems all day with my cable. Their customer service is awful. The company is such a joke.

When I went, i heard the audio but it had an error message on the screen. But while I was cleaning, I dropped a remote on the surge protector and it switched
it off. It works now lol. It took about 10 minutes for the info to come back though.

Mine hasn't been working since yesterday, so annoying. I have unplugged it but it doesn't seem to help.

The whole reason I wanted it, it's not even on there any more. My sister has been choreographing a cheer routine with Beat It and of course it's not
even on there anymore. Gosh!

Mine used to get pixilated and skip, I googled the error message and it said something to the effect it had something to do with not enough signal getting to
the cable box, so out of frustration I changed the splitter and haven't had a problem since.

Mine only did that when my digital box was on it's way out. Once they came and gave me a new one, everything's been fine. **Knocks on wood**
