My friend tried the BBQ one (or whatever the other flavor is), and he said it was pretty good. Should I assume the sweet and spicy one will be good too?

Wendys actually uses real chicken breasts. They won a court case against someone last year.
As opposed to McDonald's, which uses "chicken parts and additives". I prefer the actual Wendys spicy chicken. |

Yeah, I'm debating on trying the sweet and spicy chicken or just going with my usual, the spicy chicken sandwich.

I had the asian ones for lunch just now and wasn't too fond of that flavor. It was pretty spicy. And it's a ton of chicken.
