Pliant Pineapple wrote: Sprint. Their customer service SUCKS. I signed up for a really great deal. But it's been almost a year and I'm just getting to where I don't have to call customer service EVERY month. I cancelled my bank account (I usually paid online) and haven't set up a new one yet so I was going to pay in the store. The guy was like 'Oh um...yeah you can do that here? How are you paying?' and I said 'Cash' and he said 'There is a $7.00 charge to do that' and I was like 'WHAT??' and he said 'Oh it's just a one time charge. Any other time you come in you won't pay that' and I said 'Oh...well okay I guess' and he said 'Next time it will just be $5.00'. GRRR. |

Comcast charges you $5 if you pay with someone on the phone and $2 dollars if you pay over the phone. But it's only free if you pay online.

I just pay my cell phone bill online....it's free. Why waste gas and go to the actual store?

My car payment goes through Western Union, so I get charged $5.00 for that. My water company doesnt have online services, so you can call an automated service
that charges $3.95 and my electric companys web site never works so you can call their automated line and they charge $3.95 also. Sucks.

When I lived in my apartment I paid all but one bill online. The one I didn't pay online charged $4 to do it that way so I wrote a check.

What on earth is wrong with slapping a stamp on an envelope and mailing in a payment? Is everyone riding the due date that close that they don't have five
days for mailing time? I'm going paycheck to paycheck, but I can toss my electric bill in the mail and avoid all those stupid fees.

The only time is when I had to pay over the phone once, and even then the lady on the other end waived the fee. Wow, this must be a new thing.. that's stupid as hell. |
