that was the first movie i ever saw heath ledger in. not to speak ill of the deceased, but i remember thinking "how did this ugly guy get into
hollywood," heh.

Um, I'm older and I'm totally going to be watching this. 10 Things I Hate About You was one of my favorite movies!
And from the promos it looks like they are keeping a lot of the same elements. Most notably - the same dad from the film. |

Am I the only one who thinks that ABC family should be called something else? IMO it is for older teens and young adults, not something I would turn on for
family hour.

Can we talk about how cute the cast is? They are all so bubbly and fun! And Nick Braun is totally the adorable nerd I would have a crush on.

OMG, seriously? I hate it when they make tv shows based on good movies. It just ruins the whole movie. It was a cute teeny movie but now ughh.... probably not
going to watch it.

If it helps, some of the team behind the original movie are back for the series. The director Gil Junger is directing some episodes, and Larry Mill is back to
play the dad again. He has one of my favorite lines from the movie when he's talking about how he's 'down with 411 and jiggy with it', haha.
So if they believe in the show I bet it'll be good. |

Um - this is very cool - they are going to have the first episode on iTunes for FREE the week before the premiere (so... next week?).
I am going to set myself a reminder right now. Pretty sweet deal, huh? |
