I took multivitamins for about a month, and my pee was yellow for the first few days, so I'm going out on a limb and assume it's normal for just B
vitamins too.

Yes. It's normal, but I make it a point to drink lots of water daily just because it freaks me out.

Most (except B6 and B12) are water soluble, meaning once they run their course their excreted via urine, so you're okay.
 All the excess stuff is being
flushed out.

It could def. be the vitamins it could also be a sign that your body isn't hydrated enough.

Neon is definitely from vitamins. I got freaked out when mine was and I was taking these immune boosting vitamin supplement things to ensure I wasn't going
to get sick during finals.

Yes. Mine does that too. And you really can't overdose on vitamin B - like someone already said the excess is flushed out in your urine.

Before I was vitamin savvy I made a post about this same thing lol
