All I know is that it's some sort of role playing game. When I was little I can remember it having this huge stigma attached to it, and adults would warn
their kids not to play it. I even remember someone saying it was addictive and occult-ish.
I've never known anyone (to my knowledge) that plays it, but my brother has a book called The Dangerous Book for Boys and there's a section about D&D inside. Looking back on it, I was so scared of this game because of all the fuss adults made about it. It seems comical now.

We came out alright from other games so I'll vouch
for the safety of D&D.
