I'm not sure how long it's been going on, maybe 3 months. You know that feeling you get when you go underwater and water gets up your nose? It's
like that constantly with me. I can't really smell anything unless it's really strong and my husband says I've been snoring. I've also had
some sinus pain off and on
 I hate going to the doctor but this is going on too long.

Nope I actually haven't tried anything. I just figured it was allergies but after I realized it's gone on longer, I think it might be more. I'll
try that though.

you can get it at rite aid, cvs, etc
http://www.neilmed.com/usa/index.php Its like 15 bucks this is what the allergist reccomends. You ca use it as often as you like a day its basically warm water and kosher or sea salt. It works when you use it often. |

I had that feeling for a couple weeks and I tried 4-Way and it really helped.
