Thank God, the last few nights have been pretty sweaty. And tomorrow is supposed to be the hottest day yet. Just in time.

We installed ours Sunday. Talk about blessed relief.
We had to go to 6 different stores on Saturday before we found one in the size we needed. Everyone else was sold out and we would have had to wait to have it shipped to the store. Every store was telling us 8-10 business days before they could get it in. Forget that. I wasn't going to suffer the heat for that long. |

I'm jealous. My dad has yet to even think about fixing it. I came back May 12th and it stopped working before that. He's never in the house during the
day though. And I think there's only been about 5 hot days, so I just go in the basement.

Yeah, having a basement helps. I'm on the third floor of an apartment building. This first year I went through the summer without any air conditioners and
it was awful. I could barely sleep or move. So last year I decided to bite the bullet and go for it.

Our dorms don't have air. I had 2 fans in my room. They did NOT help. I'm glad you got one now though!
