My suggestion is to buy panty liners. Cut a liner in half and place each half in a bra cup. This will keep from "ruining" your bra after the piercing since you will probably spot blood afterwards. I did this for about a week and changed the liners throughout the day. I got my piercings done in the beginning of the summer, so I didn't want sweat to collect and risk an infection.

Tolerable.

For me, it hurt immensely as he put the needle through and then died down rather quickly. The left one, the one that got done first, tingled for a little bit afterwards, but after the right was done, there was no pain afterwards.

Another suggestion, purchase two bags of corn or peas. They're great ice packs. So, that afternoon, I took it easy and watched TV while icing myself but it was more sore/tender than pain. The next day I woke up and they were fine! No pain, nothing. In fact, I had a charity walk to do, so I slapped some Band-Aids across the piercings and went on my way.

Also, purchase Dial liquid soap since you'll need that to clean them.
