I'm thinking of throwing one in a couple of weeks, but I feel like it should be different than any other regular old party... Yes or no?
Ever been to a fun housewarming party?

No-I usually see them as gift grabbing.

I just found a tip that said have a different finger food in each room. I certainly wouldn't do that for a regular party.

I wouldn't want people eating in every room in my new house.

yes, I have... My friends had a house warming on the 4th of July. So much fun...instead of gifts they had people bring alcohol so they could start up their
bar...needless to say their new"bar" was not fully stocked at the end of the night...lol but the party was great
