Kate shouldn't have asked for a third child in the first place, i think Jon didn't want nemore kids after the twins was born, that was like enuff for
him but Kate wanted to have a third child cuz she wanna xperience what it feels like to get pregnant with one baby only but instead she ended up with 6 babies,
so mainly her fault on that part.

Yeah, he's probably scarred for life in that department.
Kate seems like the type who thinks that her kids will always need a 'daddy' around, I can see her remarrying some rebound in about 6 months and kicking him around for a few years. |

Production has been halted on Jon & Kate Plus 8 following the Gosselins' Monday revelation they're splitting up, the network has announced. TLC says next Monday's episode will feature a clip package with some new footage, but the next all-new episode won't air until August 3, the
Los Angeles Times
reports. The Times says the decision came from the network -- not the family.
Only six episodes of the 40-episode season have aired. Through tears on Monday's show, Kate declared "the show must go on!"
Jon & Kate Plus 8 has become TLC's highest-rated show. Its May premiere drew in 9.8-million viewers, a record for the network. The Times says TLC does not have enough footage to put together new episodes because of the Gosselins' marital turmoil, as documented by
Us Weekly.
Episodes that were televised this season were often shot last-minute and even completed on the day of airing.

It's sad that the network had to halt production before the parents would.
And Jon kept saying they've been having problems for "six months." If they really thought their shit started only then, they should've tried some marriage counseling for at least a year. It seems like he just checked out all of a sudden. |

It's so obvious that Jon wants to live the single have fun and no worries life. He doesn't want to be tied down with the wife and kids.
That's exactly what was part of the problem in the marriage. Kate HAD to be responsible and "bossy". She had to be the "grown-up". Jon certainly wasn't going to be one. That's why it irks me how a lot of people are all over Kate blaming her for everything. As if Jon doesn't share the blame! |

I wonder if Kate has a support system? I'm not talking about help with the kids or paid help, I'm talking about friends and family to help her through
this divorce?
I know Jon has plenty of friends, women friends (lol), and he's still close to his family. But isn't Kate estranged from her family? I don't think she has Beth anymore. |

I think Kate burned her bridges with a lot of people unfortunately. But I couldn't help but feel so badly for her last night. She looked totally empty and
you could tell she was really tired and had been crying. I truly believe she really loves Jon and if he would give her a chance and agree to counselling, I
think she would make a lot of changes and do things differently this time around.
She was wrong to treat him so badly in front of the cameras; however, he was wrong to just sit there and take it and build up more and more resentement. If he had been more mature, he could have sat her down and told her how he hates it, how it makes him feel and she better smarten the hell up or else. I know one thing for sure, a lot of women lose respect for a man that they can walk all over and he allowed that to continue far too long. And instead of talking to her, he instead started making really bad decisions as to his lifestyle and by freezing her out. |
