I honestly don't think so. I don't think it would benefit him. I think he needs something like therapy and loads of community work. If he were a repeat
offender though, I would prob. think differently.

Our jails/prisons are already overcrowded as it is. Let people who are commiting severe acts of crime (e.g. rape, murder, etc.) get jail/prison time. |

Personally I think he should be smacked around and beat to a bloody pulp just to let him know how to feels.
But I look at it this way. If he breaks the law in any way, shape, or form in the next 5 years (and gets caught of course), his ass WILL be going to jail. That's good enough for me. |
