Reports say Toronto police confirmed that Hilton had contacted them about the assault. Const. Tony Vella was unable to confirm the identity of the complainant, but he confirmed that Molina Liborio, a 36-year-old U.S. resident, was arrested and charged with one count of assault following an incident near a downtown nightclub at about 3 a.m. Hilton made the charges on Twitter, claiming "I was assaulted by Will. I. Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke." Will. I. Am denied the charge, also via Twitter. The Black Eyed Peas singer also posted a full video response, denying the assault. Vella said no further charges are expected.
