I can't have it any other way except well done. Anytime my mother sees steak with pink in it, she says stuff like, "That cow is still mooing."
She ruins everything.

I used to work in a steak house so I hate when I see someone ruin a great steak, like a filet and get it well done. This one time a guest ordered a NY strip
pittsburg well, which is basically charred, burnt to a crisp and half its orginial size. I seriously felt tears coming up..its just mean!
But... I get filets rare or medium rare and ribeyes medium at most. One time at Cheddars my mom ordered a well done sirloin and said it was soooo tender while she was struggling to cut it with her knife. I was like .
There is little to no marbling in that thing and its burnt. Aint no way that thing is tender!!!!

Medium/Medium well.
I used to get well done, but 90% of the time, you'll just a tough, semi-burnt steak. |

Cooking it anything above medium rare is an easy way to ruin a good piece of meat.
Medium rare, of course. |

Medium
Why waste money on a steak if you're going to cook it well done? Might as well just get a burger....or piece of leather. |
