and sms on the iphone? or do you have to buy them all off the apple site?

I found a tutorial to make ringtones in Garage Band (if you're a Mac user...) and that's how I made mine, though I haven't done it in a while.

I use audiko.net for ringtones. It's the easiest of the methods that I've tried.

yeah audiko.net - i have kanye as my ringtone and i just made one from cold plays strawberry swing. it's easy peasy!

You can use itunes to make ringtones. You just have to change them the file name to mr4, I believe. Can't remember cause i haven't done it in a while
but someone actually asked this question last night and a link was posted. They're show up in your ringtone section after you sync to itunes.

Just buy iToner. It's a program it does it all for you. Just drag and drop your songs into the program and ta da, they're ringtones.
I've never figured out how to customize the sms ringtones though. |

just convert a song to .aac in itunes then find the file on your computer and change the extension to .m4r
