my mom won $10,000 in a benefit wraffle. it let her install an elevator lift on the back porch so my dad could get out of the house in his wheelchair.

A guy I worked with once won $250,000 with the encore number on 6/49 tickets here in Canada. I've only won $10 or free tickets.

My childhood friend's parents won several million dollars. It more or less destroyed the family though--both the parents went insane with the money. I
don't think she talks to them now.

A family member won the lotto. He screwed a bunch of people out of money (it was a joint ticket with people from his work) and he left the country. It's a
long story but he's a bad man.

My sister once thought she won $50,000 on a scratch ticket I stuck in her birthday card. Too bad it was a gag ticket I bought of eBay but I had her going for
awhile. She was a good sport though and in turn fooled her husband with it later.

A woman my mom works with won about 300 000 dollars playing the lotto.
I won 500 dollars on my first scratch ticket, I bought it with my first allowance, my mom was telling me how stupid I was to spend my money on this becausre people never win, and boom 500 dollars. |

My mom won $10,000 on a scratch-off about 6 years ago. I think after taxes it was a little over $6,000. I can't really remember.

Some kid back in high school won a really big lottery----he came to school the next day and then never showed up again..
we think they probably moved to a huge house somewhere. |

My aunt won a mil YEARS ago. She was so awesome, you would've never known she won. She never changed a bit. Same clothes, house, only thing she did was buy
a newer car... and not even a high class on, a Chevy.

a girl's mother I knew won about $30k.
Some people down the block from us won several million but kept just the same. Think they invested and kept low key. |
