No. Apparently it's the police breaking into someone's home.
At the beginning of this, an Iran expert was translating. He said at the beginning a woman was screaming, "They're coming! They're coming!" and then you heard the ominous knock on the door. Then she was saying they were coming in from the balcony and then she was screaming "Get out!" and "Oh God". Then at some point the windows of the cars on the street were getting smashed and that's what the blinking lights and alarms were. |

Yeah, and someone on YouTube said that a man next her was yelling, 'My daughter, do not be afraid' or something similar. To think that her father saw
her die like that (if the translation/comment is real)...

I just saw the video of Neda
So heartbreaking. I just pray that the government comes to their senses before even more terrible, terrible tragedies like this
occur. May she and the other Iranians who have died in the past few days RIP.
