Dear God,
I am aware that there are much greater issues that you are dealing with, but please do not allow season 6 of Grey's Anatomy to be centered around Izzie, her cancer nor her memory. The show is already off balanced, and ruining another season on Izzie and her issues will just put the nail in the coffin. Thank you and Amen! |

T.R. Knight confirms 'Grey's Anatomy' exit: 'It was not an easy
decision'
Now it's really official. T.R. Knight has released a statement confirming what I first reported on Wednesday: His Grey's Anatomy days are over. "Leaving Grey's Anatomy was not an easy decision for me to make. I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to play this character and will miss my fellow cast and crew very much. I continue to wish them the very best, and wholeheartedly thank all of the fans who have supported me and the show with such passion and enthusiasm." Meanwhile, Grey's creator Shonda Rhimes just followed with her own statement...
"I think I speak for the entire Grey's Anatomy family when I say we wish T.R. Knight the best in his future endeavors. He is an incredibly talented actor and a person whose strength of character is admired by all of us." The official confirmation comes just hours after word leaked that Knight's co-star and real-life BFF Katherine Heigl will be sticking around next season. ---Link |

When actors want to leave and the powers that be aren't thrilled, they always seem to kill the actor off in a dramatic way that they can never return to
the show even if the actor wants to.

They pretty much gradually wrote George off the show all last season. His character is pretty much irrelevant to the main plot lines now.
But if Bailey leaves, I'll be PISSED. |
