Thats the general idea. Maybe make it colored though? Or do a slightly different turtle? Any ideas?

How do we feel about this tattoo? |

Me and my roommate are contemplating getting matching tattoos. We are both Delta Zetas, and our mascot is the turtle so we were thinking about a turtle, but we
both also love peace signs so we kind of wanted to incorporate that. So we were thinking something like this:

Honestly, that may be something you think is cool now but you will regret it down the road.

I hate that peace signs are so trendy now.

I don't think so. Delta Zeta is a big part of my life...I'm still involved with the organization and I've been an Alumni for a few years now. I
plan to be involved for a long time, and it will always be something that was very important to me. Besides, I wasn't asking for opinions on whether I
would regret it or not.

I like because I know the story behind it. However for someone standing in line behind you, that catches a glimpse of it, they would probably think you made a
mistake getting that. But in your case this tattoo is personal and not intended as "art" on your body so I'd say go for it.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings because I know what it means to me and if they don't know me, don't know anything about me, then I'm not worried about what they think anyway! Most likely, I would get it in a place where it would be covered by my normal everyday clothes though. |

I actually like it also, but I'd keep it small and somewhere that not everyone will see it. But I like these better. More abstract, and with colour, and
more feminine.

I think is pretty.. maybe more girly? Cause I can definitely see that in a guy..but a girl not so much. so take it to the artists and let him help out. overall
I like it, with colors.

It's the same as any other tattoo. It's your body, and your tattoo. Get what you like. I think it's a nice idea. No worse than people getting their
sports team logos tattooed on them or something.
Plus, some JJBers have some downright RETARDED tats, at least this one makes sense to you. |
