We are both Delta Zetas, and our mascot is the turtle so we were thinking about a turtle, but we both also love peace signs so we kind of wanted to incorporate that. So we were thinking something like this: Thats the general idea. Maybe make it colored though? Or do a slightly different turtle? Any ideas?

Delta Zeta is a big part of my life...I'm still involved with the organization and I've been an Alumni for a few years now. I plan to be involved for a long time, and it will always be something that was very important to me. Besides, I wasn't asking for opinions on whether I would regret it or not. (And I don't mean that in a bitchy way...)

Yeah that's what I was thinking of doing. The picture was just a basic idea, I definitely want to change it up. I was hoping somewhere here might have a good idea, but apparently people just want to tell me how I might regret it and not to do it.

However for someone standing in line behind you, that catches a glimpse of it, they would probably think you made a mistake getting that. But in your case this tattoo is personal and not intended as "art" on your body so I'd say go for it.

I wouldn't care if someone did make a dumb comment about it. It wouldn't hurt my feelings because I know what it means to me and if they don't know me, don't know anything about me, then I'm not worried about what they think anyway! Most likely, I would get it in a place where it would be covered by my normal everyday clothes though.

Get what you like. I think it's a nice idea. No worse than people getting their sports team logos tattooed on them or something. Plus, some JJBers have some downright RETARDED tats, at least this one makes sense to you.
