Either way it was stupid. And how can she prove she didn't ask for that particular one? You have to have proof for the judge. You can't just go in

That doesn't look like it was done free-hand...it looks like he marked the stars with a template and then tattooed it from there. I thought most qualified
tattoo artists usually go over the drawing/sketch, etc. with the person before they start anyway...to make sure it's what the person wants? The person who
did my tattoos went over the design with me first. When I was satisfied with everything, he traced the design onto a template and transferred it onto my skin
before starting the process.
If this is how most tattoo artists work, and the guy can produce either the original sketch or the template, then she doesn't have a case against him. |
