I love fruit so this sounds tough
It's not too bad! When I get sick of it, I get back on my gym kick.

Yeah. 6 days a week. Sometimes 7 if I'm motivated.

I love my carbs too much to do a carb diet. I usually get most of my 289g quota a day.

I try to go 2-3 times a week... I'm addicted to the BodyPump classes at Goodlife and I also just started the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred which I have
been doing everyday and plan to keep it up... yay

I haven't been to the gym in a long time and I've got to get myself back into it. For a while I was going 5-6 days a week. I keep going back and forth
between being dedicated and not going at all. I'm not happy with myself.

I live by a high school, so every morning I jog a mile on their track.
