Yes, that's pretty horrible.

Well pullups aren't as bad as a full diaper but yeah...still not good at 4.
But have either Jen or Ben mentioned that she's still in pullups? |

Oh and Yes I think its bad for a child to have a paci past the age of 18mos and they should be potty trained by around 3 in my opinion ... Unless the child has a disability. My daughter is 3 and she is autistic and is almost potty fully potty trained (Not nighttime). |

Hmm its possible that Violet regressed a bit with the addition of the new baby. Happens quite often with kids Violets age. It's also possible that her
school requires kids who still have the occasional accident to wear pullups when in school.

Sometimes kids do that when they have new younger sibling in the family. My nephew literally started going on the potty right before his 4th birthday. He
realized being in them didn't give him baby favors.

According to my parents, I was potty trained by 1 and a half, but my brother wasn't potty trained until he was almost 4 and they tried the same thing with
him that they tried with me. I think every kid is different, but kids should definitely be potty trained by the time they're ready to go to school and if
possible, before then.

Yeah they should totally be out of diapers by 4, unless like others have mentioned they have some kind of disablity of.i work in daycare to and i work with the
3-4 year old and the children are normally done with nappies by the time they come to our room.
Pull ups i hate with a passion they are so pointless. They feel just like a nappy apart from the fact you have to pull them up like pants, just put kids straight in pants i reckon.

She probably had an accident. when I was trying to find whatever picture sparked this post I saw a picture where she had a dress on and was on Jennifer's
back when she was still pregnant and she had on regular underwear. As people mentioned before the new baby might have caused her to regress a bit in the past
couple months

Well technically she's only 3 1/2. She won't be 4 till December something. But like I said, it could just be a regression due to the baby. We really
don't know their situation.

I still wore diapers until I was like 6 but only at night. I would go to the bathroom at night and wouldn't wake up. I'd sleep on the edge of the bed
so I could get up and go to the bathroom but I never did. In the day, at school, I was fine. Just not at night. I think I'm normal, although I'm sure
there are a few JJBers who'd think otherwise.
Every child's different, we all mature at different levels. The pacifier I'm not too sure about but I won't judge, maybe Violet's just not ready yet? |

Oh let the kid keep her binks. When you have a kid you can be militant about taking their binks from them.
