So I have a Wii Fit and absolutely love the Yoga on there. I was wondering if anyone could reccommend any good Yoga DVDs. Something for beginners but something
that isn't too easy. Thanks

I have Yoga Zone, it's a three dvd set. It has a beginner DVD and the rest are pretty much intermediate.

MTV Yoga is a pretty good beginners DVD. If you want something a small step up, MTV Power Yoga is good for that.
 My issue with most yoga DVDs is that
they are way too easy (I am an intermediate) and I always go for the power/ashtanga yoga now. I have some that has beginners options as well as intermediate
and advanced.
