Like, just off the top of my head I know Best Buy, Home Depot, and Walgreens always have them. I always enter them, it doesn't take long and maybe one day

I don't do sweepstakes, but I always look on my receipt for discount or free offers. Like at Wendy's, Petco, Beauty Brands, Olive Garden, Old Navy.
It's funny because when you redeem them the cashier is always super nice to you in case you get another one printed out.

I did yesterday. I had a horrible experience at the grocery store I went to. There was also a phone number at the bottom of the receipt for customer complaints
but I haven't called that yet... I probably won't.

I do the occasional Old Navy survey for 10% off and I always do BBW for the $10 off.

I always secretly say I'm going to do the Best Buy one because you can win a $5000 shopping spree there or something, and I ALWAYS forget to actually do
