I do agree Hossa was completely absent in this series though!

Great, just great.
Another feather in Crosby's stupid cap - youngest captain ever to win the Stanley Cup. |

Wow. I never thought that would happen. I didn't even think the Pens would be in the Cup final. Hopefully I can go see the Cup when Jordan brings it back
to Tbay.

Shut up. I'm going to vomit.
Everyone needs to get off his jock. It makes me sick. |

I almost threw up at the end of this game.
Wings had chances but couldn't capitalize. They weren't playing on all cylinders ..can't wait to find out all the injuries that they played with. But they just had too many missed opportunities in this game. Hossa is speaking now...and all I have to say is that for a guy who switched teams so he could get his name on the cup, he really was absent this series and for most of the playoffs. I had a fleeting thought that maybe he was sent by the Pens as a secret agent.... for the Pens.
Malkin was not my choice for the trophy either. He is a good player, but his sportsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. This is the guy who almost got suspended for pounding on Zetterberg. I think there was probably a player that was more deserving. This was not the way I thought this season would end. But, Congratulations Penguin fans. Enjoy our cup this summer. Go to the parade..they are always awesome! You are a team that is deserving, and due to your youth, are a force to be reckoned with in the future years to come. And Wings fans.....we will regroup and wait for the cup to come back to Hockey Town...next year.

Malkin is an asshole. I don't know who I dislike more, him or Crosby.

I think there was probably a player that was more deserving. There's isn't anyone in particular who stands out on the Pens... I guess Fleury would have been my pick. This was not the way I thought this season would end. Typo? Or a reference to the fact (...) that the Cup really belongs to the DRW. |

I did throw up at the end of this game. I'm so glad the season is over.

Typo? Or a reference to the fact (...) that the Cup really belongs to the DRW.Definitely NOT a typo. I have always referred to
it as our cup..especially with my brother's...Mr. Avalanch and Mr. Coyote.

Soon as they let that hook by Malkin go on Filppula's early scoring chance, I just got this heavy nauseous feeling about the game. Sure enough it
suuuuuuuuuuuuucked.
Meh well. Draft, please hurry. So Montrealers can embarass themselves some more. That's where the fun is. |

Is anyone going to their team's draft party?

Well, at least I didn't witness it. I haven't seen any footage or pictures so it's like it never happened. Ah, it was bound to happen sooner or later. With a team like that, how could you not win? And Dolly, I don't think my team has a draft party. We're lucky if our general manager remembers he has to work that day. |

Ash, a few years ago, I think you predicted the Pens winning the Cup - after they'd gotten the first round picks ( with Crosby) for a couple of years in a
row. You're psychic!!
|

ALR83 |
|||
|
Did I?!
Well, in that case, I predict I'm going to win the lottery very, very soon! (I hate that team. |

LMAO! I found what you said in the hockey picture post, since that's where everyone use to post. It was right after Crosby was picked by the Pens and the
lockout was over. We were all going crazy because we were "hockey deprived". Someone asked you why you hoped the Penguins would fold and you said:
"Because 1.) I don't like them, and dislike them even more after they got Sidney. 2.) How many more #1 picks is this team going to get before they are just handed the cup? Watch them get Kessel next year. Holy @#%$ I would go NUTS. But seriously, how many times are they going to need to be "saved" by some star player? It's ridiculous. I'd bet my life on them getting the #1 or #2 next year because they'll tank enough to be in the lottery for it. Whatever, I dislike them a lot" |

LMAO so funny you thought of that!

for the Pens.
