Question (I hope no one gets offended): is this targeted for people who have A LOT to lose or just a little? I'm pretty slim, but I want to loose like ten
pounds. Will it do anything for me you think?

I got mine from Lana Boutique as well and I haven't experienced any side effects other than runny stools.
I'm down almost 10 pounds now and it's been a month I think. I haven't exercised at all though. The main thing is that it helped me stop snacking (big difference since most of my eating is snacking at 11 o clock at night) and when I eat really fatty things I can tell it's helping with that. I'm really happy with these pills and I might buy some more when this batch is done (will be in a week I think). At this point I feel I can sustain / continue to lose without them but I really do like them. |

what is the actual name of the pills? is it called "2 day diet?" or does it have a name? and why is it called the 2 day diet if people are on it for
months?

I think it's more targeted to people who have a lot of weight to lose. If you only want to lose 10 pounds, it might not work out so well for you.... or you
might have to take them longer.

oh that makes sense now, 2 a day diet. Figures they left the "A" out. Do you only take TWO a day total or two 3 times a day?

A few weeks, meaning 3 weeks? Do you have a lot to lose? Im not trying to be rude, I just know that for people who have more than 40 lbs to come off, it usually comes off fast. I want to lose 9 and I was doing the Extreme Fat Smash diet until I fucked up today. UGHI think about 2 and a half weeks? I'd have to check when I ordered them.  I honestly don't remember. I wanted to go down two sizes, so
I guess about 20-25 pounds? I'm halfway there! I am exercising, but nothing more than I was before.

I'm a size 7/5 right now and I'd like to go down to a size 2...so I have about 25-30 lbs to lose. Even with exercise and such lately, it's hard to
lose the front part of my stomach, that's why I'm using these pills, to see if it will help internally besides exercise and diet.

5 weeks. Still haven't checked my weight. But my clothes are definitely looser and stuff that would pinch at my waist, now fit well. So I'm judging I
may have lost 1/2-1 inch off my waist.
But I was expecting more miraculous results. For the first 3-4 weeks, I never experienced hunger. But my appetite is pretty much back. So boo...and my graduation is in 10 days!!! |

I was taking them and I had lost about 7 lbs only. Also, when that FDA warning came out, even though they said it had cancerous products or something, I
researched further and it said that it had an insane amount of Meridia, which probably explained the explosive shits.

I took them and lost 15-20lbs (137-116ish). They were great and I miss them
 I never felt weird or anything, and never had poop problems, but I guess
something was wrong with them and now I'm stuck dieting and exercising which SUCKS.

I used them and I was fine. I lost about 10 pounds. They were a great aid to exercise and eating healthy. I don't know where I'd get them anymore,
though.
