I was picking weeds from the planter where I keep my dwarf peach tree and I noticed there were a bunch of tiny little white dots underneath the leaves on the
weed. I looked closer and they were all moving & some even got on my hand. They almost looked as if they were tiny little maggots, but I doubt they were.
What kinda bugs are these and are they harmful to gardens?

Just googled the pic and yes, they do come in white. It just seemed like the bugs I saw were a lot smaller.

I think you can buy ladybugs for your garden to get rid of the aphids.

Haha, but won't they just fly away?

Nah, people do it all the time! I used to put ladybugs in my garden.

Fill a spray bottle with soap and water and spray the tree (make sure to get both sides of the leaves). You may have to repeat this.
Buying ladybugs would probably be a waste of money. You might as well flush money down your toilet.

as long as there are bugs for the ladybugs to eat they'll stay.

They're aphids and the advice of my entomologist father is to buy ladybugs. As long as there are bugs to eat, the ladybugs will stay.
