Glad she has changed her mind about helping others; yes, she didn't have to.
But it's a good thing she's doing so, so I commend her. Courtney looks great as usual. |

Apparently she never used to believed in using her name or fame to highlight causes and thought those who did were doing it for attention. St Jude's S^FC
and now this is a new concept for her.
She has donated old clothes and artifacts in the past, to charity auctions though. |
