He can probably still smell the spot even though you've cleaned it. Get a cleaner that takes away urine smells.

Dogs/cats tend to urinate in the same spot- whether outside or inside, because their scent is still there. Like someone else said, invest is a cleaner that indicates it helps to take the odor away and prevent resoiling. I have found vinegar to help too. |
