and they gave you a chance to stay for 2 weeks and then you're done or leave immediately, what would you do?
Myself, I'd leave. A guy at my work who got fired tonight chose to stay so he could cry in the back and get attention. |

I'd leave. I couldn't work for a place that just fired me.
At my job we had some temps to help with our opening and their contract was up at the end of May. Some of them were offered an extension and others weren't. The ones who weren't, were told before their last shift. Even in that case, I wouldn't be able to to go to that job the next day. |

I'd stay but that's because I think that can count as a voluntary quit or something if you don't stay. I think and I'd want my unemployment so
fuck that.

Well since I already put in my notice and my last day is July 7th I think it would be pretty damn funny if they fired me. Unemployment - here I come!

Most likely I'd leave. True story, my first job out of college I was fired from. they told me they were not confident in my work blah blah, but Asked if I
could stay for two weeks while they looked for my replacement. I left that day and wrote them a nice explanation in red sharpie.
Can't say that was my best moment, but I'm glad things didn't work out for me there. |

I wouldn't be able to stay for my shift the day I was fired, so I'd leave. I'd contemplate coming back for my next shift but I'd be so
embarrassed to walk back in knowing everyone knows I was fired.
