Hence, me having no patience for people who pull these stunts. |

I do stuff like this all the time. Especially when I fuck up stuff I'm putting together from IKEA. The customer is always right!!!!!11
But the same thing happened to me last week with a new shirt I'd bought, only it was stained with ink. The shirt was only, like, $12, so I just bought a new one. |

I've returned something I ruined, but ONLY because it was defective (no, really!
Returning a shirt to Target that I ruined due to my own stupidity? I'd like to say no, but times are hard, so who knows? I *do* know that my karma would be fucked it I did return it, so do what you're big enough to do (as my momma would say). |

There are many worse things that you could do. Return the shirt!

If it could be believable, then why not? LoL. I bought this shift from H & M the other day and I took the tags off and cut those evil hanger stap things
and I put it on. It wasn't until I did a once over in the mirror that I noticed there was hole right at the seam. I called them and told them what happened
and I returned it. Granted, I left out the whole, I cut the hanger strap things out, but whatever. LoL.

HumpThatStage wrote: Exactly. You'll most likely get a credit or exchange and since it's a damaged product they won't put it back out on the floor or if they do, it'll be at a discounted price and marked as defective. Either way the decision to take it back is theirs and if they have no problem with taking back, why should I feel bad. The employees have a brain and a set of eyes and they know their return policy. |
