I'm having one of those days. This guy I was kind of seeing was giving me all the signals that he liked me.We had dinner, I paid; I would drive to him,
since he had no car (30-40 min drive); we went to the movies, I paid. Then after a week nothing. We texted every now and then, but nothing. Then i call him
sweety (like you call someone dear, not meaning anything) he freaks out and says I'm not your sweety blah blah blah. Then after two weeks he texted me
asking how i was....asked if I could come over to hang out. Then when i get there, he's getting ready for work, so I offer to take him to work cause he
missed the bus. So i drop him off, I said I'd be back to pick him up later that night. He hasn't texted, called, nothing. We have alot in common, we
both like the same things. Should I just put up with it and be friends? He is a really cool person. Someone please set me straight, all he wants is friendship,
and is using me; and I'm reading too much into it, seeing more than there actually is? I'm just confused.

That sounds like my dilemma. But what I eventually did was forget his ass. This guy is NOT worth it. Seems like only when he wants something he calls ya.
I was a dumbass and went and picked him up and went to dinner and movies I PAID always.. and he claimed we had a connection and he liked me. But yet he stopped calling and hardly talked to me on facebook, and he has no job either. ANyways, I decided he only wanted to be with me when he had nothing better to do or he wanted something which was true, so his ass is outta my life now, you should do the same. I am sorry if this advice hurts but it sounds similar to my stupid mistake that I made. |

Hunny, this is the story of my damn life. I want to find a relationship so bad that I let all these assholes use me and mistake it for them actually having
feelings for me.
The latest I just dropped over the weekend - some things happened that made me open my eyes. But he's the latest in a string of guys that I would literally wine and dine because I wanted a boyfriend so bad. Now I'm single and NOT looking! |

I wish I had known better right away but I was stupid, especially when he said he wanted a relationship with me and he wasn't lying and blah blah blah,
stupid me believed him. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS GUY! He will say ANYTHING to get what he wants okay?

I loathe men like that.
To show him how it feels to be mistreated, next time he calls for a ride or to be entertained, stand him up and never return his calls/texts. |

sounds like he's a professional user! I agree with rockcandy, next time he calls you for a ride stand him up.
He'll either do one of two things. He'll call you up raging and pissed off -OR- He'll call you kissing ass and telling you everything you want to hear. After all, he knows you'll forgive him and he'll have his sugar on call once again!! tell him to kick rocks and move on! |

Am I understanding this? He invites you over when he has to go to work. You drove 40 minutes to offer to drive him to work, then you were gonna do what exactly
before you had to pick him up from work?
If I was a guy, I would peg you as desperate and pathetic and would pick you up and drop you at my convenience, just like he seems to be doing. |

Why do girls let guys use them like this?
I don't care if you're freakin' Brad Pitt. I'm not paying for your crap and I'm not gonna be your taxi.
