Lately I've been trying to at least make myself eat a banana and some yogurt.

I'm pretty much a coffee only kind of person, but once in a while, I'll have an english muffin, or a bagel. If it's later in the day, but too early
for dinner, I like brunchy types of foods- cheese omelets, pancakes, etc.

Lately, I've been into smoothies. Some days I do some sort of nut butter smoothie (peanut butter, cashew butter, or almond butter). Other days I do green
smoothies (meaning involving spinach). And the fruits vary. So today, I did almond milk, flaxseed, banana, apple, melon, plum, almond butter. It was quite
tasty. I bought spinach today though, so tomorrow, I'll have a green smoothie.
Sometimes I might eat porridge with fruit. |

An egg, yogurt, fruit (I'm a huge fan of fruit cups but I can't eat the ones in syrup, the no sugar added ones in water taste the damn same) and
usually I have a smoothie after I'm done breakfast. Frozen strawberries, some banana, ice, a splash of milk and some FF cool whip!
I seriously drink like 3 smoothies a day. I would die without my magic bullet. |
