Half a bagel with cream cheese, a fried egg, 2 pieces of bacon and a cup of coffee?

I have been having this breakfast for the past two weeks...I looked up the calories and stuff it seems ok but I'm not good at this whole trying to eat
better thing. Maybe I should put some fruit in it?

Sounds pretty gross. Especially the bacon.

You could do half a bagel with cream cheese, scrambled egg whites, and a cup of fruit!

You could make it healthier by replacing the bagel with a 100 calorie weight watcher english muffin + cream cheese. Replace the bacon with fruit and eat a hard
boiled egg instead of the fried egg.

So if I make a hard boiled egg I just put it in the water and then take the yolk out afterwards?

Turkey bacon and FF cream cheese are just 2 things you can do that you won't notice a diff. and it will make it healthier.
But then I'm not the person to be talking to because for the past few months I've tried eating better to loose weight and nothing happened. Now I'm on Nutri-System since I couldn't do it myself. |

It is certainly less than ideal if you are trying to make healthy food choices.

My bagel is like 210 for a whole bagel so if I eat half isn't that good enough?

Are you trying to lose weight or just be healthy for your heart and all that?
